This all-levels class will focus on increasing your cardio endurance through 30 minutes of consistent movement. With plenty of low, mid, and high intensity options, you’re given lots of space to move to the best of your ability, never having to compare your cardio capacity to anyone else’s.
Bring a heart rate monitor, if you wish, and a bottled beverage or drink on tap (might we suggest water?). Cardio Party on!
