When core muscles (front and back!) are overworking or underworking, the whole body becomes imbalanced, causing pain in the neck, shoulders, hips, and low back. Through breath-work, specialized abdominal work, and long holds in yoga poses, we'll build inner heat; wake up and strengthen the core; and actively stretch and release hips, shoulders, and neck!
