1. Membership automatically renews monthly on the date of sign up. 2. Membership cancellation is your sole responsibility & can be completed through your private membership account. Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits are active until the end of the current term. 3. You acknowledge and agree that no credit, refund or substitute shall be provided for any reason. 4. Please do not share your account with other people. 5. Please be respectful to other participants in the class & avoid disrupting the instructor or creating obstacles during class. 6. We do our best to spotlight the instructor for replays, however, from time to time, technical difficulties & human error get the best of us. You consent to the possibility that you may be seen in class replays. 7. We reserve the right to terminate membership at any time. 8. Total and cumulative liability for direct damages arising out of or in connection with membership shall in no event exceed fees paid to Comfy Fitness.
