Through felt-sense awareness, Clinical Essential Somatics teaches you to discover the origins of your pain, feel what physical imbalances are present, and then release the body back into alignment. Through very slow movements called pandiculations, you will re-educate your body so it can release muscle tension that just won’t go away.
