TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that allows you to access and reclaim your body's natural tension-taming abilities. Using your body’s innate process of therapeutic tremoring, you’ll unravel patterns of deep muscular tension, chronic stress and emotional build-up.

In this 30 minute class, we begin with a brief meditation to recenter us in the body before a tremoring practice. Basic nervous system skills are often taught and layered into the practice. Each session recalibrates your nervous system for better emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

For millennia, healing and regulation was a community affair - not something done in isolation. Because everything is relational, for healing to be truly transformative, it must be integrated into our relationship with all beings. The weekly TRE® Group Shake is a first step back in that direction - providing a space where we can experience that we’re all in this together.
