All of our movement classes and practices address the nervous system, which integrates all aspects of our being and connects us to the outside world. When we address the nervous system, we address the whole self. 

 

Our current culture separates mind and spirit from the body. Comfy Fitness acknowledges the interconnectedness of every part of you. Without addressing nervous system health, which is only accessible through the body, deep, lasting transformation isn’t available.
