All of our movement classes and practices address the nervous system, which controls every aspect of who we are. Certain protective nervous system patterns create overreaction, stuckness, stress and pain. Honestly, this is where most of us are.


Fortunately, we can work directly with these patterns to unravel them and learn new ones, allowing us to feel better.
