About the Event

Comfy Fitness and Self-Reclaimed, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to providing sustainable means of healing for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, are partnering to offer you an opportunity to reclaim your full capacity for breath!

In this Clinical Somatics workshop, we will be focusing on reclaiming your full breath through expansion of the ribcage. We will be doing an all-time favorite of regular Somatics goers, the Propeller! You will not want to miss!

The class is 90 minutes and complimentary to everyone. However, we do encourage you to make a donation of any amount to support Self-Reclaimed's goal of raising $10,000 to provide 200 free therapy sessions for individuals seeking counseling through Art of Balance and to fund therapeutic programs for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Any amount is appreciated.
