Our team members wanna hang with you, so we've created a series of happy hours for our community. This is a great opportunity to meet Comfy's movement guides on a personal level and for us to deepen our relationship with YOU in a way we aren't able to while teaching class.

Every one of our movmement guides has an incredible background of experience and education, not to mention we all take part in several activities outside of the Comfy umbrella. Our individual intersts are highly influential in how we show up to teach and the lens through which we each view our vocation...

Each monthly happy hour in the series will be hosted by one of our guides individually.

This month's fabulous host is Caroline Cardino. After meeting in the Bay Area at TRE® training in 2018, Carrie and Caroline became fast friends. And synchronistically, Caroline and Anna had done a yoga teacher training together over a decade ago. Because of Caroline's deep love and understanding of the human body, in all its complexity, and her incredible skill as a practitioner, we knew she'd be a perfect addition to our team. Without being physically demanding in the traditional sense, her yoga pushes you to internal limits, waking up parts of you that have shut down. If you've never taken a class with Caroline, we can't recommend it enough.

Some extra tidbits on Caroline that may come as a surprise or make you realize you have more in common than you knew:

• Has lived in England and across the US from East to West coast
• Is a passionate home baker and lover of the Great British Baking Show
• Has a green thumb
• Studied Early Byzantine art & has an overall appreciation for visual art + film

To celebrate Caroline's love of Halloween season, her Happy Hour will be filled with all things Fall. Bring some nibbles and your favorite autumn beverage, show off your pumpkin artistry, and see who has the creepiest tales to tell. Even if you're not a full-on "believer" or don't have a personal anecdote to share, it'll be fun to meet each other and yak about some weird stuff!
