About the Event

Not to start on a totally bummer note, but here are some facts (yes, cold and hard):

  • 1 in 10 Americans suffers from Type 2 Diabetes
  • Heart disease is the leading cause death in the US (1 of every 4 deaths)
  • Nearly half of American adults have been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure
  • As much as 90% of all disease is stress related. 

In an age of unfettered access to health information and offerings, why is this? We reckon the overwhelm of all the things one "should" do to achieve better health has led most of us to jump from one unrealistic health trend to another or give up completely.

In this workshop, we are going back to basics. At Comfy Fitness we truly believe living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be complex. We believe it only works if it honors your current life circumstances. We believe that true health emerges from within when living in right relationship with your body, not from a series of bandaid solutions. And we have seen our clients actually find joy in creating a healthy lifestyle that's unique to them.

This workshop is for you if:

  • How to navigate everything from a typical American grocery store to 7Eleven.
  • Planning & Prepping: receive a busy Nutrition Specialist's shopping list along with meal ideas and strategies.
