About the Event

The connective tissues of our bodies tend to tighten while we sleep and getting out of bed becomes a process of stiffly moving around until they start to release with warmth and movement. In Rise & Shine, we use gentle, stretchy yoga to warm the joints and breathwork (pranayama) to wake and calm your mind!

No experience is required in this All Levels yoga class. Props you’ll need: yoga mat, blanket, block, and strap - if you don’t have these, we can always make do. A hot cup of herbal tea is highly recommended to accompany your practice!
