Unwind the week's tension and prep the body for sleep in this gentle evening yoga class. Caroline will take requests at the start of each class to lead focused stretches specifically targeted towards your current needs. Yoga props are recommended (blocks, a strap, and a towel/blanket), but if you don't have any you'll still be able to do the practice.
