Are you tired of hearing about how stress is gonna kill you someday?
Maybe you keep hearing that, but you're not sure how stress is a direct cause of so much illness and dis-ease. Or perhaps you're feeling the weight of your own stress in your health, your movement, or your relationships. You're in luck! This workshop will help you discover the sources of your stress, how it might be impacting you, and then give you guidance on how to release it.
The sources of stress can be mysterious - and sometimes we have no idea why we feel the way we do. The great news is you don't have to know the source to release the stress! Huzzah! In this workshop, we will unveil both common and commonly unknown stressors and explore how they might be impacting you. But rest assured, even if nothing new is unveiled for you, you'll still release stress, as that is what Comfy specializes in!
Once we've delved into stressors, participants will learn a few different methods for releasing stress cognitively, physically, and in relationship. Depending on your circumstance(s), each methodology might be utilized at different times, but they are all useful in maintaining resilience as we navigate our lives.
